June’s slice of the month is our Mango Ginger Cheesecake. Starting with a soft ginger spiced cookie and graham wafer base and topped with a buttery mango ginger compote filled cheesecake!

January’s slice of the month is our Strawberry Pistachio Slice. This new slice features a sugar cookie base, topped with a strawberry custard and pistachios. We finish off with a semi-sweet chocolate top and a white chocolate drizzle and a dusting of pistachios. A nice treat for a cold January!

Decembers slice of the month is our Candy Cane Shortbread slice. We start off with a thick and soft peppermint shortbread base and top it all off with a peppermint buttercream, white chocolate drizzle and candy cane pieces! Perfect for the holiday season!
