February’s slice of the month is our Sweetheart Slice. We start with a toasted almond, soft sugar cookie base and top it all off with a cherry cheesecake and decorative hearts. A perfect slice for Valentine’s Day!
Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is Friday February 14th. Remember to preorder your favourite Valentines Day baking such as our heart shaped cake, red velvet cupcakes and sugar cookies.
Slice of the Month
January’s slice of the month is our Strawberry Pistachio Slice. This new slice features a sugar cookie base, topped with a strawberry custard and pistachios. We finish off with a semi-sweet chocolate top and a white chocolate drizzle and a dusting of pistachios. A nice treat for a cold January!
Canada Day
Canada Day is Saturday July 1st 2023! We will be closed on Saturday July 1st and will reopen on Tuesday July 4th 2023! Happy Canada Day from all of us at Lilac Bakery!
