The slice of the month for June is our Lemon Blueberry Slice. We start with a poppyseed infused shortbread base, a layer of blueberry curd and lemon curd and finished off with a blueberry buttercream. Here all June!

February’s slice of the month is our Sweetheart Slice. We start with a toasted almond, soft sugar cookie base and top it all off with a cherry cheesecake and decorative hearts. A perfect slice for Valentine’s Day!
